You will learn about how to set SMART objectives, manage difficult conversations and create performance development plans. At the end of this performance appraisal training for managers course you will receive a certificate of attendance.
You will have also produce a personal development plan which can be used to support your ongoing development in the workplace.

In 2017, Carole completed her Doctorate in Business Studies specialising in understanding how people make sense of work within complex environments.  She is using her expertise and knowledge to support organisations develop high performing and resilient teams and to lead complex transformation projects.

All of our face-to-face training courses take place at our learning centre in Spalding, Lincolnshire. The environment is extremely comfortable, studious and professional and course numbers for management courses are capped at only 12 candidates per course allowing candidates to benefit from a high level of personal coaching from your trainer.
