In this one-day practical course we will use the theory of emotional intelligence to get an understanding of the underlying attitudes that underpin our thinking and feeling. These are the attitudes that drive behaviour and performance.
Specifically, we explore the theory of emotional intelligence using the JCA Model of Emotional Intelligence to focus on;
Self-Management - increasing awareness of our self, starting with identifying and dismantling limiting beliefs or restrictive habits and replacing them with enhancing ones.
Relationships - increasing our awareness and understanding of others, to increase our capacity to adapt our behaviour within a social context.
